Mike Gribler
Mike grew up with an early fascination for math, science and electronics mentored by his electrical engineer father and nurse mother. This eventually led him to pursue Biomedical Engineering as a career. He attended Wright State University on a wrestling scholarship and completed his undergraduate studies. He then earned his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. During college, he balanced academics and his passion for audio equipment—living on SpaghettiOs to afford his first Hafler DH-100 preamp and DH-200 power amplifier. After graduating, Mike began his professional journey at Hewlett Packard’s Lake Stevens Instrument Division, where he quickly established himself as a driving force behind some of the company’s most advanced measurement systems. Over the years, he built a reputation for innovative thinking, precision, and a deep commitment to usability and performance. In 2019, Mike was presented with a vision for a next-generation software platform that would revolutionize near-surface seismic processing. By 2021, he began splitting his time between TCI and this new endeavor. In 2022, he made the decision to leave TCI and fully dedicate himself to GeoFennex, the company he co-founded. Today, Mike brings decades of experience, proven innovation, and an enduring passion for designing technology that empowers customers and advances the industry.Education
